A: we ship order by ePacket, average shipping time is around 15 days, sometimes maybe 4 week max we do provide tracking number and you can track your order ....
Q:Will you ship international?
A: Sure, 2dgamecity doesn't discriminate. We do however charge a small shipping fee. USA orders have free shipping.
Q:What systems do your games work in?
A: Our games work with official systems and most clone systems. We test everything with an official console (NES, SNES, Genesis) as well as a retron clone system. (This is excluding the Retron 5,as we haven't had a chance to test it. some games will need only original system to get work we do mention that in description
Q: Do your games come with a new battery?
A: We put a brand new battery and battery holder in every applicable game
Q: Can you print labels you don't have on your site?
A: yes we can do that just contact us
Q: Are your games in English?
A: Yes our games all in English
